Galaxy Book Go Specs Leaks Instructions on Windows 10 Laptop ARM Durable
When Samsung launched the most powerful Galaxy device this week, it was clearly not considering Galaxy books going worth putting in that category. After all, there is no Windows 10 ARM device that can be considered equivalent to their Intel equivalent, unlike M1 M1. That might be the reason why the Galaxy book goes is no show at this week’s event but it only means that there is plenty of room for someone to leak the overall affordable device.
Of course, that’s what happened when Winfuture took it myself to announce the Galaxy GO book that Samsung didn’t. When the actual announcement will occur still in the air but, with this leak, there is no remaining surprise. At least for those who are interested in getting a Windows 10 laptop running on the ARM processor.
The processor will, of course, become Snapdragon 7C and Snapdragon 8CX, depending on the model. Basic configuration only has 4GB RAM and 128GB flash storage, which is quite low for Windows machines. It also has a 14-inch 1420 × 1080 LCD screen to maintain low prices.
Both models, however, will offer basic connectivity options, such as Bluetooth 5.1, one USB-C port, and one USB-A port. Interestingly, the leak says that the Galaxy Book Go will certified MIL-STD 810G, meaning that it will be a fairly rough tool even though it looks. Strangely, not mentioned the camera to make video calls.
Of course, Qualcomm won’t miss the opportunity to show off LTE and 5G meat, although the latter will only be available on the 8CX Snapdragon variant. With prices starting at 449 EUR ($ 545) for the Base Snapdragon 7CX model, Go Galaxy Book Go both teases but also worrying about its ability to smoothly run Windows 10, especially every X86 program emulation that needs to be done.
