Here’s how legendary mass effect edition will be executed on the PS5, the Xbox Series X series and last generation consoles
We are only a few weeks of launching a legendary legendary mass edition, as well as shared performance details of Bioware and electronic arts for compilation on a variety of platforms. Like many major games nowadays, the legendary mass effect edition will support two different display modes, which promotes the quality of the graphics and another that promotes performance. Framerates and target resolution for each graphical mode depend on the platform.
As you could imagine, the PlayStation 4 standard and the Xbox One Lat behind the other platforms of this generation and the last one. On the two consoles, the “favorable quality” mode will run up to 30fps at resolution 1080p. Switch it in “Favoring Framerate” mode and you will have up to 60fps at 1080p.
The PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox S series offers a step from these basic models. On these three platforms, the “favorable quality” mode will support up to 30 people at the 4K UHD resolution, while the “Framerate” mode will decrease the resolution up to 1440P while targeting 60fps.
Finally, we have the PlayStation 5 and Xbox X series. For the PlayStation 5, the “Quality of Favor” and “Promoting Framerate Modes” target 60fps with 4K UHD and 1440P resolutions, respectively. On the Xbox X Series series, we consider similar targets for the “Quality of Favor” mode – 60fps at 4K UHD – while “Promoting Framerate” Crank The Framate up to 120fps resolution of 1440 pieces.
Players can switch between these two graphic types when they wish when playing. If you are on PC, your resolution and your resolution obviously depends on the power of your hardware and supporting your screen, but Bioware says that the PC version supports discount rates up to 240Hz and, by extension, frame rates up to 240fps. Legendary mass effect Edition launches May 14, 2021.
