The results of the 2021 asteroid impact simulation highlight the threats posed by asteroids

Recently scientists participated in international training intended to simulate an asteroid effect that attacked the earth. This exercise simulates 460 foot asteroids that will have an impact on Central Europe. A specific area is a 185-mile width zone which borders Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic.

Recently scientists participated in international training intended to simulate an asteroid effect that attacked the earth. This exercise simulates 460 foot asteroids that will have an impact on Central Europe. A specific area is a 185-mile width zone which borders Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic.

After the impact is guaranteed, the simulation turns into a prediction of possible damage that can be caused. On the third day of the simulation, scientists create enhanced estimates for asteroid size at 460 feet. The researchers estimate that the zero ground for impact will be in the range of 14 miles, but then further narrowed. The impact is expected to cause damage for 93 miles in all directions.
